Implant Placement

A dental implant is actually a small titanium post that is placed directly into the jawbone to mimic the root structure of a lost tooth. Once there, it can be used to support a variety of restorations above the gum line. The procedure to get them all starts with a minor surgery that Dr. Vijjaykanth can perform right here at Sriram Dental.
Implant-Retained Crowns & Bridges

An implant-retained crown is an all-porcelain crown that is connected to an implant post using a small metal connector called an abutment, and it’s the perfect solution for someone missing a single tooth. Because the implant has the same basic root-crown structure of a real tooth, it will seamlessly blend into the smile and can be trusted to last for decades to come.
Or, for a patient missing multiple teeth in a row, implant crowns can also be used to support a bridge. Additional prosthetic teeth are bonded to implant-supported crowns to reliably fill in the gap in the smile.
Implant-Retained Dentures

Implant-retained dentures consist of prosthetic teeth that are anchored directly to the jawbone using multiple dental implants, providing a hold a traditional removable denture simply can’t match.
All-on-4

If you could replace an entire row of missing teeth in just three days, would you do it? It’s possible with All-on-4. For this procedure, four implants are placed strategically into the mouth and attached to a denture at the subsequent appointment within three days.
